This young gelding was born at Haldane Icelandics, and started his training here with us at Megalong Icelandic Horses.
Þyrnir is a very sweet, curious horse who really looks to his rider for reassurance and guidance. He is people-oriented and the kind of horse that forms a strong bond with his person. With the right rider to give him confidence, he will truly give you everything.
He’s beginning to show his lovely, comfortable gaits and is proving easy and enjoyable to train. His progress so far shows a horse with a great mind and plenty of potential.
