See you at the Easter Show!
The countdown is on. Just two more days until the Sydney Royal Easter Show opens, and for the first time ever – we're going to be there!
We've been so lucky to have Michelle, Marlene and Caroline to be with us at the farm over the past few months. Along with continuing to train and look after our herd, they have been busy preparing an Icelandic horse demonstration for the event. It's been seriously hot here in the Megalong lately, so the girls have been up early training before the heat sets in. And back at it in the evenings at dusk.
We've chosen two of our beautiful mares Dokk and Moey to make the trip down to the 'big smoke' and give Sydney a taste of what Icelandic horses are all about. We wish Michelle, Marlene, Caroline, Mark, Dokk and Moey the best of luck!
Megalong Icelandic Horses will be demonstrating at the Sydney Royal Easter Show every day at 1 o'clock – hope to see you there.
